In June itsyourplace Ltd were appointed by Windsor Court (Swindon) Management Company Ltd as the Managing Agent to take over responsibility from Countrywide for the day-to-day management of the development, responsible to the members of the Company.

As such itsyourplace Ltd is responsible to ensure the provision of the specified services under the responsibility of Windsor Court (Swindon) Management Company Ltd and for collection of the respective Service Charges associated with those services.

Please note whilst Windsor Court (Swindon) Management Company Ltd, and therefore itsyourplace Ltd, in it’s capacity as Managing Agent, are responsible for the common parts of the estate as specified, neither Windsor Court (Swindon) Management Company Ltd  nor itsyourplace Ltd are responsible for parts that serve any single property exclusively.

With regards to the apartment buildings under the management of Windsor Court (Swindon) Management Company Ltd, whilst management responsibility is accepted for the structural parts, responsibility is not accepted for any internal part or parts of individual properties. Therefore residents are reminded that the maintenance of items and areas within their own property is entirely their responsibility.
